  • Remaining balance must be paid before the event date as agreed in the contract.
  • Late payments may result in cancellation of services.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed. Custom quotes provided are valid for a limited time as specified.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Client Cancellation

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • If cancellation occurs within a specified number of days before the event (as per agreement), partial or full payment may be retained to cover expenses already incurred.

4.2 Company Cancellation

In rare circumstances where we must cancel due to unforeseen events, liability is limited to refunding payments received.

5. Changes to Event Details

Any changes to event date, venue, guest count, or services must be communicated in writing. Additional charges may apply.

We are not responsible for issues arising due to last-minute changes requested by the client.

6. Third-Party Vendors

We may coordinate with third-party vendors (caterers, decorators, entertainers, venues, etc.). While we carefully select vendors, we are not liable for:

  • Vendor delays
  • Vendor service failures
  • Vendor damages
  • Acts beyond our control

Contracts with third-party vendors may be subject to their own terms and conditions.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics
  • Strikes
  • Accidents
  • Weather conditions

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate event details
  • Obtain necessary permits and permissions (if required)
  • Ensure venue access and cooperation
  • Inform us of any special requirements

Any damage caused by guests or attendees will be the client’s responsibility.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on chanduevents.com including:

  • Text
  • Images
  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Designs

is the property of Chandu Events and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Media & Photography

We may use event photos or videos for promotional purposes unless the client provides written objection prior to the event.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific event service.
